We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrectly entered, incomplete, or misspelled addresses provided by the customer.

If an incorrect address is submitted and the package has already been shipped, we are unable to modify or reroute the shipment.

Any reshipment costs due to an incorrect address must be paid by the customer.

Once the carrier marks a package as delivered, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

If a package is returned to us due to:
